Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy

 

Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) is an exciting combination of eastern wisdom and western science. It's also starting to be taken very seriously by the scientific community in the UK, as shown by its featuring in a recent CBT conference where Melanie Fennell, author of the CBT classic Overcoming Low Self-Esteem, gave a workshop on MBCT
